Description

You’ll design and produce a wide range of brand-aligned visual materials across print, digital, motion, and environmental platforms. Work includes brochures, pitch decks, social media graphics, email campaigns, signage, infographics, and large-format installations, ensuring everything is proofed and print/digital-ready. The role also involves project workflow management, maintaining digital asset libraries/templates, and collaborating with marketing, brokerage, leasing, research, and leadership stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing materials (brochures, offering memoranda, pitch decks)

  • Build/extend property brand identity elements (fonts, colors, logos, patterns, illustrations)

  • Create digital assets (property website materials, proposals/presentation materials, email and web graphics, social media assets)

  • Develop infographics and original art (maps, stacking plans, floor plans)

  • Produce event collateral and environmental graphics (signage, promotional merchandise, large-format installations)

  • Ensure quality control and adherence to brand standards

  • Manage tasks/projects in a project management tool and coordinate updates to completion

  • Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, templates, and style guides

  • Present multiple design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback

  • Support internal communications and executive/leadership presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Communication Arts, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

  • Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience (commercial real estate, architecture, corporate marketing, or B2B preferred)

  • Portfolio showing strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy in both print and digital

  • Experience designing for email, web, social media, and environmental applications (e.g., signage, large-format graphics)

Hard Skills & Technologies

  • Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat

  • HTML/CSS and web platform tools (Wix preferred; WordPress or Squarespace preferred)

  • PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

  • Responsive design basics, asset optimization, and preparing print/digital files

  • Motion/video tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro (plus)

Benefits
