Description

You will assist the Textile & Art Director by transforming concepts into trend-conscious graphic designs and prints for a range of women’s and men’s brands.

You’ll create original digital art, branding assets, and packaging designs, and help prepare files (including color separations and print/tech packs) to support vendor production.

Responsibilities

• Design and create original digital art files for graphics, prints, photos, patterns, text, and logos
• Create branding assets and packaging designs
• Clean up artwork, recolor/rework files, and perform color separations for production-ready output
• Prepare CAD work, art files, print packages, and tech packs for vendors
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Use hand drawing or illustration when needed to create designs
• Stay current on trends and programs (including AI) to support innovative design work
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as directed by management

Requirements

• Portfolio required for consideration
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role
• Degree in Textile Design or Graphic Design (or equivalent experience)
• Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop proficiency
• Knowledge of print production and printing techniques
• Strong typography and layout knowledge
• Strong understanding of illustrations and typography
• Technical knowledge for apparel/product development and printing
• Excellent eye for colorways and color matching
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow up
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Ability and willingness to perform job physical requirements (including lifting up to 10 lbs.)
• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Ability to hand draw or paint when required
• Understand how to use AI programs such as MidJourney
