Description

Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient store operations and to achieve sales and customer service targets. Lead by example through coaching and mentoring and deliver inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service. Perform essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliation and open/close the store on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the sales team and model expected customer service behaviors
• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Support achievement of sales and customer service targets
• Complete start and end of day cash reconciliation
• Open and close the store on a rota basis

Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening/closing, desirable
• Previous supervisory experience coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets desirable
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
• Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview
