Description

As an Operations Lead, you will help ensure both individual and collective production goals are met in your area. You will verify Standard Operating Procedures are followed, run reports throughout the shift, provide timely feedback, and escalate concerns to DC leadership when needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth shift transitions by communicating team production updates

• Verify SOPs are being followed

• Run reports throughout the shift (training provided)

• Participate in special projects as needed

Requirements

• Solid understanding of quality standards and operations processes

• Ability to keep business and customer information confidential

• Ability to exercise independent judgment and operate with minimal supervision

• Enthusiasm for building leadership skills

• Must be at least 18 years old with basic English literacy skills

• Employment is contingent on passing a 7-year background check
