Description

Manufacturing Engineer responsible for supporting, optimizing, and continuously improving production operations. The role impacts departmental performance through manufacturing initiatives, process improvements, and operational support activities, applying established practices with moderate autonomy and independent judgment within defined parameters.

Responsibilities

  • Define and support manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment
  • Support new product, tool, and equipment implementation from design through production
  • Drive process improvements to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet business goals
  • Use technical knowledge and data to solve production and process problems
  • Lead or support projects that improve productivity and efficiency
  • Follow established procedures while using sound judgment in day-to-day decisions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and operators

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or engineering
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
