Description

You will be responsible for producing 3D trailers and cargo assets from the initial assignment through final release, ensuring timely delivery and the required quality. You will supervise quality and compliance with specs and internal standards, optimize production workflows for efficiency and productivity, and collaborate with Tech Lead and Art Lead on new features and tools. You will also coordinate external vendors, provide reports to leadership, and lead/mentor the Trailers & Cargo team.

Responsibilities

• Produce 3D trailers and cargo assets from request to release; ensure delivery on time and to quality standards

• Ensure output quality and alignment with the assignment and internal standards

• Optimize production processes and technologies to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity

• Partner with Tech Lead and Art Lead on new features and tools

• Coordinate external suppliers: plan work, verify delivery quality, approve reports

• Prepare regular reports and present results to management

• Lead and develop the Trailers & Cargo team; provide feedback, support professional growth, mentor, and foster a learning environment

Requirements

• High school education with a maturita diploma

• 3–5 years of experience in 3D graphics, including team leadership or coordination

• Portfolio of professional or personal 3D work

• English proficiency at least B2

• Knowledge of the game development process and ability to analyze information and communicate it effectively

• Strong 3D software knowledge: Maya, Blender, SpeedTree

• Experience with Confluence, Miro, Mantis

• Teaching and presentation skills

• Organizational skills, reliability, and excellent communication
