Description

This role is for an experienced Product Manager to build highly scalable machine learning products using AI Agent systems for lead-based advertisers. You will optimize lead acquisition efficiency and lead conversion rate to help advertisers improve return on ad spend while protecting the user and creator experience through an industry-leading recommendation system.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and apply AI Agent systems in the service scenario of lead-based advertisers, focusing on core business indicators such as lead acquisition efficiency and lead conversion rate, and take responsibility for final business results.
  • Analyze lead advertisers’ customer acquisition needs and pain points; optimize strategies across the full advertising link (lead mining, screening, and reach) based on AI Agent technical characteristics.
  • Lead product design of AI Agent and implement automated solutions for lead advertisers, including intelligent lead matching, automated advertising material generation, and intelligent customer follow-up agents.
  • Continuously track industry trends and cutting-edge AI Agent technologies; drive innovative iteration of products and services to maintain a leading position in AI service for lead advertising.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of product-related work experience.
  • Experience in AI Agent product design or the lead advertising industry.
  • Familiarity with training, optimization, and effect evaluation methods for intelligent agent systems.
  • Excellent logical thinking and data analysis ability; self-drive.
  • Strong cross-scenario communication to accurately capture lead advertisers’ needs and drive implementation of product solutions.
  • Excellent cross-team collaboration skills to work efficiently with R&D, data science, sales, and others.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin; frequent communication with global teams, clients, and stakeholders, and essential Mandarin proficiency for engaging Chinese-speaking partners and navigating key markets.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $228,000 - $374,000 annually, with additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units potentially included depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
