B2B, long-term cooperation.

Up to 155 PLN net + VAT per hour.

Summary

The QA Lead will spearhead quality assurance initiatives within a large project, focusing on the home journey for customers in the Nordics and ensuring robust testing practices across multiple teams and geographical locations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the QA effort within the Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Coordinate all testing types and levels according to internal processes.
  • Plan and execute QA and test management across functional and non-functional testing.
  • Oversee QA activities, particularly integration and end-to-end testing involving multiple Scrum teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.
  • Ensure the availability of testing environments and test data.
  • Coach team members for agility and excellence in deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with ART leadership and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to release-readiness assessments and quality sign-off metrics.
  • Manage test scheduling in line with release and deployment plans.
  • Identify and resolve QA impediments, risks and challenges.
  • Increase test automation KPIs and coverage.
  • Align testing priorities with product management, Scrum teams and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Financial-domain knowledge, preferably in the mortgage area.
  • More than 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance leadership role.
  • Experience with test management tools and managing diverse testing types.
  • Documented leadership in various projects, ideally in automation environments.
  • Experience with web and API testing, as well as automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of legacy systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Java, Kafka, C#, SQL and Weblogic.
  • Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright and Jira.

Nice to Have

  • Professional experience with Spark and Scala.
  • Background in DevOps concepts.
  • Experience managing tests in a mainframe environment.

  • English required.
