Description

The role supports SAP SD and SAP PP along with adjacent processes and interfaces, ensuring reliable end-to-end workflows such as Order-to-Cash and Plan-to-Produce. You will analyze business processes, implement functional requirements through SAP Customizing, and handle specification, testing, documentation, and user training. The position also covers integration with related SAP modules and external systems, including EDI and customer/supplier interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Support and further develop SAP SD and PP processes and neighboring processes/interfaces

• Analyze business processes and implement requirements via Customizing, specification, tests, documentation, and user training

• Ensure and improve stable end-to-end processes (especially Order-to-Cash and Plan-to-Produce)

• Support integration of adjacent SAP modules and systems (e.g., MM, WM/EWM, FI/CO, QM, EDI, document management, BI)

• Manage interfaces to customers, suppliers, portals, and external platforms (EDI, shipping, label printing)

• Perform error analysis, provide second-level support, and coordinate external service providers/SAP partners

• Provide consulting and training to key users and business users (German and English)

• Create and maintain process, Customizing, test, and user documentation

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualification

• Multi-year experience in IT, especially supporting SAP modules (ideally SD and PP)

• Knowledge of SAP Customizing, requirements analysis, and creation of functional concepts, test specifications, and documentation

• Understanding of integrated business processes in sales, logistics, production, and related areas

• Desirable: experience with EDI, interfaces, forms, Fiori, and/or SAP authorizations

• Structured and solution-oriented working style with cross-department mindset

• Strong communication skills in German and English
