Description

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and API-based integrations supporting HR, Payroll, and Finance systems. You will build scalable, secure APIs and services integrating internal applications, SaaS platforms, and external systems using C# and .NET. You will also work on platform modernization and improve resiliency, scalability, performance, automation, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and API-based integrations (HR, Payroll, Finance)

• Build REST APIs and services for integrations with internal systems, SaaS, and external platforms

• Develop backend solutions in C# and .NET focused on enterprise application integration

• Work with SQL and relational databases (data modeling, query optimization, performance tuning, troubleshooting)

• Translate business and technology requirements into robust technical solutions

• Contribute to architecture and modernization, including legacy-to-cloud migration

• Improve resiliency, scalability, performance, automation, and operational efficiency

• Collaborate with DevOps on production issues, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

• Participate in automated testing, code reviews, and continuous delivery

• Improve integrations and applications using modern technologies and AI-assisted development tools

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience (enterprise/business-critical preferred)

• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET

• Strong SQL and relational database skills, including data modeling, query optimization, and debugging

• Proven experience designing and developing REST APIs, web services, and system integrations

• Experience integrating enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and external systems

• Experience with automated testing, source control, code reviews, and CI/CD

• Working knowledge of cloud environments and distributed systems

• Experience supporting production applications and resolving complex technical issues

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders and technology teams
