Description

Manage, configure, and develop the Qi ERP system and support digitalization and automation of production processes. You will coordinate with the implementer (tickets and change requests), provide user support and training, and analyze and optimize business processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and develop Qi ERP
• Coordinate with the implementer; manage tickets and change requests
• Provide user support, training, and incident resolution
• Analyze and optimize business processes
• Administer databases (MS SQL; optionally MySQL/Oracle)
• Administer Active Directory, accounts, and access policies
• Administer servers and virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)
• Support integrations with APS, MES, CRM, PLM, DMS
• Collaborate on digitalization and automation projects
• Work with documentation and propose improvements

Requirements

• Practical IT experience with orientation in databases and business processes
• Communicative English
• Advantage: ERP experience (ideally Qi)
• Knowledge of MS SQL / MySQL / Oracle
• Knowledge of Active Directory, servers, and virtualization
• Advantage: C# or other programming syntax
• Independent and logical thinking; ability to analyze problems and find solutions
• Teamwork and willingness to collaborate across the company
• Responsibility, diligence, and ability to complete tasks
• Proactive approach and interest in new technologies
