Description

You will independently manage and develop the organization’s IT infrastructure—servers, virtualization, storage, and networking. The role emphasizes root-cause troubleshooting and continuous improvement, with real influence on how IT is run and how it will grow next.

Responsibilities

• Independently administer and develop the IT infrastructure
• Manage servers, virtualization, storage, and networking
• Administer firewalls, VPN, VLAN, and other network technologies
• Investigate technical problems and identify their true causes
• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Support end-user devices and provide user assistance
• Oversee backups, monitoring, and security of the IT environment
• Collaborate with external vendors and service partners
• Participate in IT projects and infrastructure modernization
• Propose and implement improvements
• Gradually take responsibility for specific IT areas

Requirements

• Experience with IT infrastructure or network administration
• Orientation in server environments and virtualization
• Good knowledge of Windows; Linux is a plus
• Knowledge of VLAN, VPN, and firewall concepts/technologies
• Basic understanding of IT security, backup, and monitoring
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Basic orientation in VMware or Hyper-V
• Independence and ability to drive tasks to completion
• Careful and responsible working style
• Ability to communicate with users normally and clearly
• Advantage: experience with database administration, ERP systems, Git, or other business applications/tools
