Description

This role seeks an experienced Senior QA Lead with expertise in testing governance, specifically in a supply chain and WMS integration environment. The successful candidate will bring prior Manhattan WMS testing experience and be comfortable leading across multiple stakeholders, ensuring quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee testing governance across a three-way integration involving multiple systems
• Define test strategy and build comprehensive test plans
• Establish entry and exit criteria for testing phases
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression, cutover, and hypercare activities
• Coordinate with business, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment
• Manage defect triage processes and report status to project leadership

Requirements

• Prior Manhattan WMS testing experience
• Background in supply chain / WMS integration testing
• Ability to own governance and coordinate with stakeholders
• Experience in functional and performance testing
