Description

You will analyze and design test cases, create test scenarios and plans, and perform software testing (including functional, integration, system, UI/API, and performance). You will report defects, produce test reports and documentation, and collaborate on functional specifications and user/onboarding documentation and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design test cases

• Create test scenarios and test plans; coordinate and execute tests

• Run software tests (system, integration, functional, performance)

• Report problems and bugs through the issue-tracking system

• Prepare post-test reports and test documentation for internal/acceptance testing

• Assist in creating functional specifications for new features

• Create user and rollout documentation

• Support creation of online training

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in manual software testing

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in automating functional and performance tests

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience on projects for public-sector institutions

• Knowledge of testing principles, testing techniques, and testing methodologies

• ISTQB Foundation Level certification

• English knowledge for reading technical documentation

• Experience testing UI and API

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TestLink, Confluence, and Redmine

• Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium

• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter

• Ability to write SQL queries

• Practical ability to create test scenarios/test cases and technical documentation
