• Role: IT Network Administrator (network and systems administration, user support)

Description

You will ensure the smooth operation of critical IT systems, infrastructure, and applications while providing support to internal users. The role includes administering a private cloud on VMware, Microsoft Windows platform components (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services), and Microsoft 365/Azure AD, as well as managing network infrastructure equipment. You will also handle printing solutions, endpoint administration, and ongoing monitoring with an emphasis on network security.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain key IT systems, infrastructure, and applications

• Provide technical support to internal users

• Administer a private cloud (VMware virtualization)

• Administer Microsoft Windows platforms: AD, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365

• Manage network devices (Fortinet, HPE Aruba)

• Maintain network printing solutions (network printers, print servers, print-job monitoring)

• Administer and maintain endpoints (OS installation, workstation configuration, antivirus, updates)

Requirements

• Knowledge of network technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, routing, switching

• Orientation in network security: firewalls, network segmentation, access security

• Practical experience administering/configuring Microsoft Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy, file server, DNS/DHCP)

• Experience with VMware vSphere (VM management, resource management, monitoring, snapshots)

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (user accounts, licensing, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)

• Ability to manage and maintain printing solutions (network printers, print servers, monitoring)

• Knowledge of endpoint management (OS installation, workstation configuration, antivirus protection, updates)

• Ability to provide technical support to internal users

• Independence, attention to detail, and responsible work approach

• Good communication skills

• Ability to learn new technologies and collaborate in a team
