Description

You will ensure smooth IT operations by supporting a field-services team and providing technical assistance for customer devices and workplace setups. The role includes classic IMAC tasks in Wintel environments as well as rollout support, hardware replacement, networking, patching, and software installation.

Responsibilities

• Perform classic IMAC activities in Wintel environments and support rollouts
• Replace hardware (tablets, smartphones, printers, laptops, desktops, workstations)
• Set up and network workstations
• Support general IT operations, including patching network connections
• Install software

Requirements

• Completed IT training (ITZE, IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent practical IT experience
• Experience with IMAC in Wintel environments
• Customer friendliness and service orientation
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Reliability, flexibility, and teamwork
