Description

You will be trained to troubleshoot and service modern IT devices and to plan, commission, and deliver IT systems. The role focuses on both technical and commercial support while accompanying customer projects from preparation to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and analyze faults and eliminate issues on modern devices

• Plan and commission systems with the corresponding software and hardware components

• Prepare and deliver the latest IT systems to customers

• Support and accompany customer projects from a technical and commercial perspective

Requirements

• At least a good Realschulabschluss

• Interest in new IT hardware

• Enthusiasm for IT topics from both technical and commercial perspectives

• Reliability and ability to work well with others

• Independent and proactive approach to tasks

• Confident German communication with the team and with customers
