Description

Own the end-to-end application lifecycle and roadmap for a portfolio of applications supporting the unit’s delivery areas. Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture needs, prioritize activities, and report outcomes. Plan and drive functional and technical changes—installations, solution improvements, integrations, upgrades, patching, and software deployment—while ensuring architecture and security standards and continuity of business operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead small projects and contribute to global projects for the application service area

• Order services and coordinate with external IT suppliers and internal teams to meet agreed delivery outcomes

• Serve as the key point of contact for external providers, including managing outsourced services such as incident management, support, and request fulfilment

• Manage the asset, risk, and license portfolio and budget for your application portfolio, including ownership of related contracts

Requirements

• Experience in IT service delivery or a similar function

• General technical experience in desktop/server/network administration, including software packaging and deployment

• Proven track record coordinating IT operations, including test management, project, and change management in an outsourced environment

• Experience with ITIL processes, asset and license management, cost management, and service modeling

• Highly customer-minded, structured, organized, with excellent coordination and communication skills

• Ability to work independently, define targets, and prioritize tasks in a demanding environment

• Team player who is proactive and highly committed
