Description

You’ll own IT projects from initial client analysis through implementation and formal acceptance. This is a delivery-focused role: you translate client problems into requirements and acceptance criteria, coordinate developers and QA, and manage scope, budget, timelines, and risks—rather than simply updating Jira or moving tasks. The team also uses AI daily to analyze documentation and processes, support discovery, and automate parts of the workflow.

Responsibilities

• Run projects “A to Z”: discovery, workshops, requirements refinement, and go-live/acceptance closure
• Conduct client discussions to reach the real problem and define the right scope
• Organize requirements and create clear acceptance criteria
• Plan and coordinate developer and QA work; set priorities and remove blockers
• Manage project scope, budget, deadlines, and risks
• Lead client communication, including difficult conversations about change requests and additional work
• Handle documentation, formalities, testing, and acceptance activities
• Identify further client needs and propose next steps via discovery

Requirements

• Typically 1–3 years of experience delivering IT projects
• Ability to lead client analysis, discovery, and workshops
• Strong collaboration with developers and QA; coordination of delivery
• Understanding of scope, budget, risks, and acceptance criteria
• Assertive, well-organized, and able to independently close open topics
• Business-oriented thinking and ownership of results
• English level at least B2 for reading documentation and communicating in meetings
• Willingness to quickly ramp up in ERP/production domain knowledge
• AI-native working style: use AI for documentation/process analysis, transcripts, requirements drafting, research, and work automation
