Description

Join the Localization & Player Research team within Player Experience (PX). You will localize a portfolio of mobile games into 20+ languages and help ensure the games feel natural to players worldwide. Your focus will be day-to-day localization operations—creating, translating, and reviewing game content between English and Polish—plus occasional support for player research.

Responsibilities

• Create, translate, and edit mobile game content (English ↔ Polish)
• Review and improve AI-assisted translations within the localization workflow
• Plan and coordinate localization tasks and projects
• Work with the localization team, product teams, and external vendors
• Support implementation of the LQA strategy, including linguistic testing and quality evaluation
• Support internationalization, localization, and translation-related topics; share knowledge and provide advice
• Occasionally support player research activities (e.g., surveys, playtests)
• Identify and solve localization-related issues in games

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of English (C1/C2)
• Excellent or native knowledge of Polish
• Strong writing and editing skills in both languages (professional work, studies, or personal projects)
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Quick learner, team player, and effective communicator
• Genuine interest in games and how they are made
