Description

You will localize a portfolio of mobile games and help ensure the content feels natural to players worldwide. Your day-to-day work focuses on localization operations: creating, translating, reviewing, and editing game content between English and Polish, coordinating tasks, and supporting quality across titles. Occasionally, you’ll also help with player research activities.

Responsibilities

• Create, translate, and edit mobile game content (English ⇄ Polish)
• Review and improve AI-assisted translations in the localization workflow
• Plan and coordinate localization tasks and projects
• Collaborate with the localization team, product teams, and external vendors
• Support implementation of the LQA strategy, including linguistic testing and quality evaluation
• Support other teams on internationalization/localization/translation topics; share knowledge and provide advice
• Occasionally support player research activities (e.g., surveys, playtests)
• Identify and resolve localization-related issues in the games

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of English (C1/C2)
• Excellent or native knowledge of Polish
• Strong writing and editing skills in both languages (shown via professional work, studies, or personal projects)
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Quick learner and team player with good communication skills
• Genuine interest in games and how they are made
