Description

In the R&D team, you will help improve the mobile gaming experience by turning complex player data into deep analyses, experiments, and insights. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business and product questions into analytical problems, and then into clear recommendations. You may build segmentation models, design A&B tests, and explain findings to team leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive an end-to-end analytical workflow: gather requirements, analyze, and deliver conclusions and recommendations
  • Work with data engineers to design, build, and maintain game data pipelines aligned to reporting and analytics needs
  • Perform exploratory and statistical analyses in Python using internal tools (including segmentation and, when needed, clustering/modeling/simulation)
  • Create visualizations and help teammates develop numerical intuition
  • Set KPIs and implement A&B tests to optimize player income across the game lifecycle
  • Organize your work, support junior team members, manage priorities/estimates, and lead 1–2 meetings per week
  • Share insights proactively and improve analytics processes to influence the future of the game

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence
  • Strong practical experience with Python, including analytical libraries and writing clean, reusable code
  • Git experience for version control
  • Working knowledge of SQL (Postgres and Vertica)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking and critical problem-solving
  • Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented approach
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights
  • Degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or related)
  • Passion for games and interest in the gaming industry
  • Fluent in English and Polish
