Application Manager

Rate: up to 110 PLN/h net + VAT

Work model: Hybrid — 3 days per week from the office in Łódź

Summary

This role entails overseeing the lifecycle, stability, and continuous improvement of a vital data and reporting solution supporting the DORA Register of Information, ensuring optimal performance and automation of procurement-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the application lifecycle and ensure system stability.
• Optimize data flows and processes to enhance automation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for effective system performance.
• Provide support for incidents and changes in the application.
• Ensure application compliance and reporting reliability.
• Contribute to the design of scalable future-state solutions.

Key Requirements

• Experience in application lifecycle and management.
• Incident, problem, and change management skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders and vendors.
• Technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, and data reporting.
• Understanding of risk, security, and compliance.
• Background in systems administration or as a Business Systems/IT Analyst in procurement.
• Fluent professional English communication skills.
• Project management experience or cross-functional activity leadership.
• Ability to lead or contribute to multiple application projects.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with DORA or third-party risk management.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process, and prioritization.
• Skills in automating recurring reporting processes.
• Understanding procurement or supplier data.
• Experience with continuous improvement and scalable solution design.
