Description

You will lead design, build, and maintenance of complex changes across the NFR procurement scope. The role covers functional design and configuration for Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts, including WRICEF documentation governance and testing/UAT coordination. You will also resolve critical L3 incidents through root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes, while taking part in PI and Sprint Planning.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery for complex changes in NFR procurement

  • Drive functional design, configuration, and technical solutions for Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts

  • Ensure WRICEF documentation quality; complete and store specs before development starts

  • Manage HR integration (org structure, cost centers, approval processes)

  • Support the shopping cart flow from catalog to approval, PO, GR, and asset update

  • Handle asset creation during accounting processes

  • Address special topics: regularization carts, minimum order checks, catalog images via MDM, mass cart creation

  • Define testing strategies and coordinate UAT; secure formal approval by release cutover

  • Resolve critical L3 incidents and lead root cause analysis for permanent fixes

  • Participate in PI and Sprint Planning and guide the team through Agile processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP SRM, with Retail/NFR experience

  • Knowledge of HR integration and org structure setup, including cost centers and approval processes

  • Background in product hierarchy and asset management

  • Familiarity with MDM, including catalog image management

  • Expertise in configuration for Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts

  • Understanding of WRICEF documentation standards and governance

  • Skills defining testing strategies and coordinating UAT

  • Competence in Agile methodologies, including PI and Sprint Planning

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
