Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex changes across the NFR procurement scope, from functional design through build and maintenance. Drive SAP SRM solutions for Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts, including HR integration, asset updates, and catalog image management via MDM. Define testing strategy, coordinate UAT and release cutover, and resolve critical incidents with root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex changes for NFR procurement

  • Perform functional design, configuration, and technical solutions for Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts

  • Ensure WRICEF documentation quality and that specifications are completed before development starts

  • Manage HR integration (org structure, cost centers, approval processes)

  • Support shopping cart flow from catalog to approval, PO, GR, and asset update

  • Handle asset creation during accounting processes

  • Cover special topics: regularization carts, minimum order checks, catalog images via MDM, mass cart creation

  • Define testing strategies and coordinate UAT; secure formal approval for release cutover

  • Resolve critical L3 incidents and lead root-cause analysis to implement permanent fixes

  • Participate in PI and Sprint Planning and guide the team through Agile processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP SRM with Retail/NFR experience

  • Knowledge of HR integration and org structure setup (cost centers and approval processes)

  • Background in product hierarchy and asset management

  • Familiarity with MDM, including catalog images management

  • Expertise in Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts configuration

  • Understanding of WRICEF documentation standards and governance

  • Skills in defining testing strategies and coordinating UAT

  • Competency in Agile methodologies, including PI and Sprint Planning

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
