Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex changes across the NFR (Not For Resale) procurement scope. Own functional design, SAP configuration, and technical solutions for Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts, including WRICEF documentation governance and HR integration. Drive testing strategies and coordinate UAT with formal approval to release cutover while resolving critical incidents.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver complex changes end-to-end for NFR procurement

  • Drive functional design and configuration for Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts

  • Ensure WRICEF documentation quality and that specs are stored before development

  • Manage HR integration (org structure, cost centers, approval processes)

  • Support shopping cart flow from catalog to approval, PO, GR, and asset updates

  • Handle asset creation during accounting processes

  • Cover special topics: regularization carts, minimum order checks, catalog images via MDM, mass cart creation

  • Define testing strategies and coordinate UAT to secure release cutover approval

  • Resolve critical L3 incidents and lead root cause analysis for permanent fixes

  • Participate in PI and Sprint Planning to guide the team through Agile processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SAP SRM experience with Retail/NFR exposure

  • Knowledge of HR integration and org structure setup (cost centers, approval processes)

  • Background in product hierarchy and asset management

  • Familiarity with MDM for catalog image management

  • Expertise in configuring Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts

  • Understanding of WRICEF standards and documentation governance

  • Skills defining testing strategies and coordinating UAT

  • Agile knowledge including PI and Sprint Planning

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
