Description

Lead design, build, and maintenance for complex SAP SRM changes in the NFR procurement scope. Own functional design and configuration for shopping cart, workflow, sourcing, and contracts, ensuring high-quality WRICEF documentation and delivery through testing and UAT. Support HR integration, handle MDM catalog images, and resolve critical incidents with permanent fixes.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery for complex changes across NFR procurement
  • Drive functional design, configuration, and technical solutions for shopping cart, workflow, sourcing, and contracts
  • Oversee WRICEF documentation quality; ensure specs are completed and stored before development starts
  • Manage HR integration: org structure, cost centers, and approval processes
  • Support shopping cart flow from catalog to approval, PO, GR, and asset updates
  • Handle asset creation during accounting processes
  • Address special topics: regularization carts, minimum order checks, catalog images via MDM, mass cart creation
  • Define testing strategies; coordinate UAT and secure formal approval by release cutover
  • Resolve critical L3 incidents and lead root cause analysis for permanent fixes
  • Participate in PI and Sprint Planning; guide the team through Agile processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SAP SRM experience
  • Retail/NFR experience
  • Knowledge of HR integration (org structure, cost centers, approval processes)
  • Background in product hierarchy and asset management
  • Familiarity with MDM for catalog image management
  • Expertise in configuring Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts
  • Understanding of WRICEF documentation standards and governance
  • Ability to define testing strategy and coordinate UAT
  • Agile methodology experience including PI and Sprint Planning
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
