Description

Lead IT delivery and governance for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central go-live, including hypercare and post-go-live stabilization. You will coordinate outstanding topics, action items, risks, and escalations, and ensure timely completion while preparing project status reports. The role also supports the further rollout of MDI and embedded SAP Analytics Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT-side governance for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central go-live

• Coordinate hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities

• Track outstanding topics, action items, follow-up tasks, and corrective measures

• Prioritize activities and monitor timely completion

• Prepare project status reports

• Manage project risks, issues, and escalations

• Coordinate collaboration between HR project leadership, IT teams, implementation partners, and senior management

• Oversee further rollout of MDI and embedded SAP Analytics Cloud

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager or PMO in HR IT projects

• Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Experience in hypercare and post-go-live system stabilization

• Ability to coordinate activities across business teams, technical teams, and external implementation partners

• Strong stakeholder, risk, and escalation management skills

• Independence, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously

• Very good English and Polish; German is a strong advantage
