SAP SuccessFactors ESM Consultant

Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Service Management (ESM) Consultant to join a major international implementation project.

The consultant will play a key role in the end-to-end deployment of SAP SuccessFactors ESM, working closely with both local and international teams. The project will involve the implementation of ESM from the ground up within a global organization, with Poland acting as the pilot deployment location.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements.
• Conduct workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Service Management (ESM).
• Advise clients on system capabilities and best practices.
• Support solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and integration teams.
• Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure successful delivery of agreed functional requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Service Management (ESM).
• Experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of system configuration and testing activities.
• Ability to work independently and engage directly with business stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating workshops and translating business requirements into system solutions.
• Professional level of English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Knowledge of integrations between ESM and Employee Central.
• Experience leading workstreams or acting as a Lead Functional Consultant.
• Experience in greenfield implementations.
