GTM Senior Business Systems Analyst (Pre-Sales)

Senior • Hybrid

145,800 - 182,200 USD/yr

San Francisco, CA

Quick Facts

  • Role: GTM Senior Business Systems Analyst (Pre-Sales)

Description

Own and optimize top-of-funnel go-to-market systems that connect HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring operational health and clean data. Run HubSpot end to end (workflows, lists, forms, properties, lifecycle stages, campaigns, and governance) and build Salesforce automation that powers the funnel. Drive the full path from form fill to booked meeting with capture, enrichment, deduplication, routing, and sequence enrollment—prioritizing work based on ROI.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own top-of-funnel GTM systems roadmap, architecture decisions, and operational health
  • Run HubSpot as a governed system: workflows, lists, forms, properties, lifecycle stages, campaign structure, permissions, and naming conventions
  • Keep HubSpot and Salesforce in agreement with clean lists built off both systems (field mappings, sync error triage, dedupe rules, ICP segmentation, suppression logic, enrichment, and email validation)
  • Build and deploy Salesforce automation (record-triggered and screen flows, validation rules, custom objects/fields, permission sets, and approvals)
  • Own the end-to-end path from form fill to booked meeting (capture, enrichment, dedupe, routing, sequence enrollment, and operational health of every hop)
  • Prioritize incoming requests using ROI; decide what to build, defer, or decline with supporting numbers
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs through delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business systems, marketing operations, or revenue operations in a fast-paced company
  • Deep hands-on HubSpot experience building and debugging workflows, lists, forms, and property architecture
  • Salesforce Admin certification (or equivalent hands-on experience), including non-trivial flows built and debugged
  • Experience owning funnel definitions in practice (lead source, campaign membership, UTM capture, MQL to SQL handoff, and attribution reporting)
  • Ability to frame ambiguous requests, take ownership, and ship solutions with little supervision
  • Ability to explain tradeoffs to any audience

Benefits

  • Flexible PTO
  • Health and wellness stipend
  • Budget for intra-office travel
  • Weekly coffee stipend
  • Medical, dental & vision insurance coverage (coverage details vary by country)
  • 401(k) with employer match (US)
  • Parental leave up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
  • Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)
