Description

You will advise customers on the conception, implementation, and further development of modern Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and CRM architectures. The role focuses on analyzing technical requirements and designing scalable, sustainable architecture concepts covering business processes, integrations, and platform strategies. You will also support presales activities, conduct technical workshops, and advise on automation, customer experience, and AI-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Consult on designing, introducing, and evolving Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM solution architectures
• Analyze technical requirements and develop scalable architecture concepts considering business processes, integrations, and platform strategies
• Design sustainable Dynamics 365 solution architectures and guide implementation in complex transformation projects
• Run technical workshops and advise on automation, customer experience, and modern AI-supported solution approaches
• Support the expansion of Dynamics 365 expertise via presales activities, proposal processes, and technical team knowledge exchange

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architectures
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and experience in agile or hybrid development and transformation projects
• Knowledge or practical experience with AI, automation, or cloud technologies to support business processes and CRM solutions is beneficial
• Negotiation-level German and English; Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, or architecture certifications are desirable
