• Compensation: 62,000 € to 75,000 € (tariff-based)

Description

Support the organization’s Microsoft 365 team by creating technical concepts, policies, and usage guidelines for Microsoft 365 services. You will plan and implement configuration and automation measures—using scripting and reporting—to enforce and monitor adopted policies. You will also continuously manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Power Platform & Microsoft Fabric, and Office apps while providing technical support and troubleshooting for internal users.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical concepts, guidelines, and requirements for using Microsoft 365 services
• Plan and implement technical measures (configuration, automation, scripting, reporting) to enforce and monitor policies
• Continuously manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Power Platform & Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Office apps based on business requirements plus IT security and architecture requirements and existing policies
• Administer and support Power Platform & Microsoft Fabric for handling and managing internal user requests
• Analyze and resolve incidents; provide technical support to users
• Collaborate with enterprise IT architects and IT strategy/management to align architectural and strategic development of the M365 landscape

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics or comparable IT field
• Experience creating business and/or technical concepts and guidelines in a Microsoft 365 context
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Center of Excellence for Microsoft Power Platform
• Very good German language skills
• Plus (not required): Microsoft PowerShell knowledge for creating, using, and maintaining scripts
• Plus (not required): experience configuring Microsoft Project Server
