Description

You will provide first-line IT support for employees using Windows and mobile devices (Android/iOS). You will handle IT requests via phone and email, install and maintain business-critical systems onsite across multiple locations, and support new projects in different departments. You will also administer user accounts and maintain documentation for systems such as Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Support employees with Windows, Android, and iOS devices

• Process and resolve IT requests via phone and email

• Install, maintain, and update business-critical systems onsite across 6 locations

• Qualify, forward, and monitor tickets in a ticketing system

• Set up and maintain employee accounts

• Provide technical support for new projects in different functional departments

• Manage hardware and software in core systems (Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft 365)

• Create and maintain related documentation

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or comparable IT education

• Enthusiasm for new technologies and IT topics

• Reliable, flexible, responsible, and team-oriented work style

• Structured and analytical problem-solving skills

• Service- and customer-oriented approach

• Valid Driver’s license (Class B)
