Description

You will support HR system changes and enhancements in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, driven by legal requirements and business needs. The role includes issue and gap analysis, customizing and implementation of additions/add-ons, and providing HR application support across first to third level. You will also create solution concepts, coordinate activities, and advise business departments while enabling international training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute HR system changes in coordination with the SAP-BASIS team

• Track required legal/regulatory changes

• Support and guide external vendors for support activities

• Perform weaknesses and error analysis in SAP processes; handle remediation and user support/consulting (1st–3rd level)

• Develop solution concepts and present results

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project and operational activities

• Implement new functions and HR-relevant system/process add-ons

• Ensure interoperability between application modules and systems

• Lead small projects in HR IT applications

• Advise HR business teams on strategies and requirements for future system design and new features

• Create solutions to map business processes according to legal requirements

• Organize and run training measures and provide project-based support in the international HR environment

Requirements

• Completed university degree (e.g., business administration, economics) or equivalent education and relevant work experience

• Long-term domain experience with SAP HR modules: SAP HR/HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and Payroll

• SAP certification

• Long-term experience with customizing and supporting SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and HCP, including implementing legal requirements/rules in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors (preferred)

• Willingness to travel within the company and its locations

• Very good German and English skills
