Description

Drive and lead Business Central implementation projects as a functional lead and central contact for customers and stakeholders. Gather requirements, advise on processes, and translate them into clear end-to-end solution blueprints. Steer configuration, data migration, quality assurance, testing (including UAT), enablement/training, and own integrations, ISV apps, and customer-specific extensions through go-live, cut-over, and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Central implementation efforts functionally as the key point of contact
• Capture requirements, advise on processes, and create an end-to-end Solution Blueprint
• Manage implementation activities: configuration, data migration, QA, testing (incl. UAT), and enablement/training
• Own integrations, ISV apps, and customer-specific extensions with development teams and Solution Architects
• Plan and support go-live and cut-over, run hypercare, and ensure a clean transition to support
• Steer scope, timeline, and effort estimation; lead the project team; ensure deliverable quality; contribute to development of the practice

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, business engineering, (business) informatics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant for Business Central
• Solid knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV (Finance, Purchasing/Sales, Warehousing); ideally experience with project management, manufacturing, or service management
• Knowledge of common BC add-ons (e.g., Continia, Tasklet) and integrations around M365/Power Platform; able to explain complex topics clearly
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Very good German and English language skills
