Description

You will lead UX/UI product design at the intersection of design and innovation for cardiac ablation systems, shaping how medical products feel and work for users. You’ll collaborate with product managers, clinical specialists, engineers, and designers to translate strategic goals into high-quality customer experiences. You’ll work across multiple streams including prototyping, integration of software/hardware experiences, and delivery of software releases for investigational and pre-clinical studies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product design vision aligned to product marketing strategy
• Maintain a holistic, customer-experience focus across all customer touchpoints
• Evolve the product design organization and lead maturity-building efforts with stakeholders
• Build deep understanding of the customer ecosystem (patients, clinicians, payor) and how design removes barriers across hardware/software and customer types
• Partner with software development teams to prioritize design work with highest strategy and roadmap value
• Build a culture of design quality and shared responsibility for design excellence

• U.S. salary range (excluding PR): $124,800 - $187,200
