Description

Role focused on designing and evolving the visual layer of a mobile application and co-creating and developing a Design System. Work is done in a mature product environment with UX Designers, Product Owners, analysts, business stakeholders, and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces for mobile applications and digital channels.
• Create and develop the Design System, including components and visual standards.
• Prepare mockups, prototypes, and specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Owners, business, and developers on new features.
• Ensure visual consistency, usability, and compliance with iOS, Android, and WCAG guidelines.
• Verify implementations (Design QA) and support teams with best design practices.
• Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Mentor and support the growth of design competencies within the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in UI Design / Product Design at Senior level or higher.
• Experience working on banking/financial sector projects.
• Very good experience designing mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Strong visual design skills: typography, color, composition, grids, visual hierarchy.
• Practical experience creating and evolving Design Systems: components, variants, tokens, libraries, standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma: components, Auto Layout, Variants, and library work.
• Knowledge of Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines.
• Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility to design accessible interfaces.
• Experience with prototyping and microinteractions.
• Experience collaborating with developers during implementation and Design QA.
• Independence in making and justifying design decisions.
• Polish fluency.
• English knowledge enabling comfortable work with documentation.
• Portfolio with product/mobile projects to assess UI level.
• Nice to have: knowledge of the low-code platform Eximee.
