Description

You’ll lead human-centered experience design for high-impact delivery domains, defining interaction patterns and service models where none exist. Own design problems end-to-end—from early research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready assets—across mobile, web, and vehicle interfaces. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to shape requirements and the strategic roadmap, using rapid prototyping, data, and user research to validate and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Lead human-centered experience design for high-impact domains
• Own design problems end-to-end (research, wireframes, prototypes, production-ready assets)
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to define requirements and drive the roadmap
• Design flows across digital and physical touchpoints (mobile, web, vehicle)
• Maintain and evolve a shared design language and system patterns
• Prototype rapidly to test hypotheses and iterate with data and user research

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional product design experience with shipping success on mobile and web
• Portfolio with high-quality work, strong systems thinking, and user-centered design principles
• Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead design direction in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strong communication and storytelling across technical and non-technical audiences
