Description

You’ll design and iterate complex workflows, interactions, and interfaces for a core B2B e-commerce product. In this role, you connect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to propose well-considered solutions, validating them with research and usability testing. You collaborate closely with UX Research, Product Owner, engineering, and stakeholders from discovery through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex processes, interactions, and interfaces for B2B e-commerce

• Lead design topics from problem understanding and solution exploration through implementation and further iteration

• Analyze problems, explore alternative solution directions, and evaluate trade-offs

• Use research, usability testing, data, and domain knowledge to validate and refine designs

• Partner with UX Researcher on discovery and research activities

• Work closely with Product Owner, developers, and business stakeholders across all stages

• Present and justify design decisions and co-create solutions with the product team

• Ensure high quality with a focus on accessibility, consistency with the Design System, and post-implementation quality

• Share knowledge and best practices within the Product Design team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, including independent ownership of complex design topics

• Experience working on B2B/enterprise/platform or other complex digital products

• Experience designing products available across multiple markets

• Ability to holistically manage complex problems and balance user needs, business goals, and technological constraints

• Strong interaction design and solid visual design skills

• Practical discovery and research experience, including knowing when to validate assumptions

• Ability to make design decisions in environments with many dependencies

• Clear ability to present and justify design decisions

• Experience collaborating closely with the engineering team

• Practical experience working with a Design System (using existing patterns and contributing to its evolution)

• Knowledge of digital accessibility principles and applying them in day-to-day design work

• Polish and English proficiency at a level that enables comfortable work in both languages
