Description

In this role, you will independently own complex analytical workstreams for marketing measurement, optimization, and scaling. You will design and analyze attribution studies, incrementality tests, and rigorous experiments to quantify the true impact of marketing investments and turn findings into business recommendations. You will also help build marketing performance data assets and dashboards to enable reliable reporting across channels and audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze marketing attribution studies, incrementality tests, and experiments (geo tests, lift studies, A/B tests)

  • Analyze and synthesize performance across paid, owned, and brand channels and across patient and provider audiences

  • Build and evolve brand measurement frameworks (brand lift studies, media mix modeling, awareness/perception tracking)

  • Evaluate lifecycle and engagement metrics (engagement, activation, rebooking, retention) across audiences and CRM touchpoints (email, push, SMS)

  • Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering to operationalize marketing performance data assets and dashboards

  • Create executive storytelling through presentations, dashboards, and leadership-ready recommendations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, marketing science/analytics, growth analytics, product analytics, business analytics, or a similar quantitative role

  • Deep expertise in SQL and strong proficiency in Python or R

  • Strong experience with experimentation design, causal inference, incrementality testing, attribution, and owning analytical workstreams end-to-end

  • Familiarity with marketing measurement approaches (media mix modeling, brand lift studies, awareness and perception tracking) or strong interest in developing this expertise

  • Ability to independently frame complex, ambiguous analytical problems and drive them through to recommendations

  • Fluency in translating quantitative findings into business-relevant insights for technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strong statistical foundation in causal inference, experimentation, and predictive modeling

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
