Description

As a Staff Data Scientist, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques and machine learning to transform complex data into actionable business insights. You will source and validate data, build and tune predictive models, deploy scalable solutions, and communicate findings with impactful visualizations. You will partner with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members to drive measurable value and operational excellence.

• Create data visualizations to communicate insights effectively
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions and recommendations

• Mentor junior team members on analytical methods, coding best practices, and data storytelling

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Statistics/Economics/Analytics/Mathematics/Computer Science/IT or related) plus 4 years analytics experience OR Master’s degree plus 2 years analytics experience OR 6 years analytics or related experience
• Expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning, and data science methodologies
• Proficiency in Python and advanced data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau)
• Knowledge of data strategy, data quality standards/governance, and scalable data storage
• Experience with exploratory data analysis and statistical methods
• Ability to assess, validate, and tune models using evaluation metrics
• Understanding of business context and translation into actionable solutions
• Skills in coding, testing, and deploying models and data applications in production environments
