Description

Lead ecosystem-level analyses to inform high-stake C-level investment decisions. Use econometric, statistical, and causal inference methods to evaluate growth and optimization opportunities across audience reach, engagement, and monetization. Build reusable analytical assets and self-service capabilities using agentic AI tools, and validate hypotheses with experiments and incrementality/ROI measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead ecosystem-level analyses across Xbox experiences

• Inform and influence C-level investment decisions using data-driven insights

• Apply econometric, statistical, and causal inference methods to growth/optimization opportunities

• Design experiments and incrementality measurement frameworks to measure ROI

• Leverage agentic AI tools to build reusable analytics and self-service capabilities

• Mentor team members and raise the organization’s analytical bar

Requirements

• Doctorate in a relevant field (Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related) with 1+ years data-science experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, or Bachelor’s with 5+ years, or equivalent experience

• Manage structured and unstructured data and apply statistical techniques to report results
