Description

Own the analytics and measurement roadmap for the Personal Finance vertical, translating business goals into a prioritized plan. Design, run, and interpret experiments to grow transactions and improve conversion, and build models for ranking, targeting, personalization, and top-of-funnel signal expansion. Partner with Product, Marketing, and AI Science to embed data-driven decisions into member journeys, using Generative AI tools to accelerate analytical work.

Responsibilities

  • Own analytics and measurement roadmap for the vertical
  • Design, run, and read experiments; validate what works using rigorous measurement
  • Build models and analyses for ranking, targeting, personalization, and top-of-funnel expansion
  • Perform funnel, conversion, and incrementality analysis; size impact of opportunities
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and AI Science across end-to-end member journeys
  • Define success metrics and leading indicators to track vertical performance and initiative outcomes
  • Use Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude) to scale analytical workflows
  • Communicate insights clearly and convert complex analysis into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with data science and data engineering to build durable datasets and analytics capabilities

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics or data science
  • Strong hands-on foundation in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau or Looker)
  • Experience applying advanced analytics and machine learning techniques (Python, ML models, experimentation, LLMs) to business problems
  • Proven ability to design and interpret experiments and measure incremental impact
  • Ability to build analytical frameworks for ambiguous problems and drive decisions
  • Strong communication skills; ability to influence partners without formal authority
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
  • Fintech/financial services experience is a plus
