Description

As a GDPS Delivery Consultant, you will help clients optimize the health and performance of their GDPS systems on Z. The role includes analyzing system health, guiding best practices for configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting, and advising clients on how to leverage new GDPS features and functions. You will deliver findings and recommendations directly to clients and collaborate to build tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze GDPS system health to identify improvement areas, assess performance, detect potential issues, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Provide guidance on GDPS best practices to improve product performance, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Identify new GDPS features and functions and advise how clients can use them for better performance and efficiency.
• Deliver client-facing services: present findings, provide recommendations, and address client questions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and develop tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Exposure to GDPS system analysis (health/performance assessment and improvement identification)
• Familiarity with GDPS best practices (configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting)
• Knowledge of GDPS features and functions (including new feature identification)
• Client-facing service delivery experience (presenting findings and recommendations)
• Collaboration experience with clients to develop tailored solutions
