Digital Delivery Lead

We are looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Lead to coordinate the delivery of digital products and ensure seamless collaboration between business, design, and development teams. You will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable requirements, managing delivery processes, and driving projects from planning through successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery progress.
• Manage website updates, maintenance activities, and ongoing product improvements.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, designers, and development teams.
• Identify risks, remove delivery blockers, and improve project workflows.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline documentation, planning, and project coordination.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or Scrum.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Experience coordinating work across business, design, and engineering teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted project management and workflow automation.
• Fluent English.
