Description

Create functional, logical, and physical system architectures using the RFLP approach and SysML. Model and manage complex system requirements across system boundaries while tailoring relevant industry standards in customer contexts. Coordinate technical workstreams and support bid preparation with technical input, effort estimates, and feasibility analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Create functional, logical, and physical system architectures using the RFLP approach
  • Model in SysML using tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler or IBM Rhapsody
  • Tailor standards and industry guidelines in direct customer contexts
  • Take technical responsibility in cross-domain or domain-specific projects
  • Manage technical workstreams
  • Moderate alignment between customers, Product Owners, architects, project leaders, and domain teams
  • Analyze and harmonize technical requirements across system boundaries
  • Collect, analyze, document, and manage complex system requirements following IREB standards
  • Ensure consistency across system, subsystem, and component levels
  • Contribute ideas to advance Systems Engineering methods and technology
  • Support the creation of internal competence networks
  • Proactively help foster a positive team dynamic
  • Provide technical input for bid creation, effort estimation, and feasibility studies

Requirements

  • Completed MINT degree
  • Several years of professional experience in Systems Engineering, ideally in the automotive environment
  • Familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 15288, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434
  • Understanding of complex mechatronic systems and E/E architectures
  • Confident with MBSE approaches and the RFLP methodology
  • Experience with ALM tools such as DOORS, Codebeamer, or Polarion
  • Experience with common modeling environments (e.g., Cameo, Rhapsody)
  • Analytical, structured, persuasive communication with strong teamwork
  • German and English proficiency (C1)
