Description

You will conceptualize and design Datacenter solutions—mainly Server & Storage—based on customer requirements. The role includes analyzing technical needs to develop scalable, secure, and efficient solution concepts, preparing project-related offers, and supporting the Solution Design Team with offers and configurations. You will also advise customers on new technologies and best practices and collaborate continuously with sales teams and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Concept and design Datacenter solutions (primarily Server & Storage) considering customer requirements
• Analyze technical requirements and develop scalable, secure, and efficient solution concepts
• Create project-specific offers and handle day-to-day business tasks
• Support the Solution Design Team with offers and configurations
• Advise customers on new technologies and best practices
• Maintain ongoing exchange with sales teams and relevant manufacturers

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical education with an IT focus
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Experience with IT infrastructure projects in Datacenter (Server, Storage, Backup, Virtualization preferred)
• Customer-oriented and structured working style, team-capable personality
• Willingness to work; ability to work independently and with self-responsibility
• Interest in IT and in sales/customer consulting
• Confident, reliable, and persuasive communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
