Description

Work as a Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer to configure, automate, and integrate a CRM environment with third-party systems. You will collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into CRM solutions and support troubleshooting and performance monitoring. The role also requires documenting CRM architecture and data flows for knowledge retention.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to analyze business needs and implement them in the CRM system
• Define and enforce CRM development standards based on best practices and governance models
• Configure the CRM system, including workflows and automation, and integrate it with third-party systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Document system architecture and data flows to support smooth transition and effective knowledge retention

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proficient in CRM configuration, including workflows, user setup, data import, SQL, and security settings
• Experience with integration tools and APIs
• Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking for troubleshooting system and process issues; proactive approach to communication and teamwork
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken
