Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst focusing on CRM, Loyalty, and Automation, you are the strategic link between complex data structures and operational business units. You will analyze customer behavior within the loyalty program and enable the department to make data-driven decisions faster and more efficiently. Your focus is on automating data processes and implementing modern AI tools directly within Databricks and Looker.

CRM & Loyalty Insights

  • Act as the analytical point of contact for CRM Managers.
  • Support planning, selection, and evaluation of CRM campaigns, marketing automation, and the customer lifecycle.

KPI Ownership

  • Develop relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), standard reports, and ad-hoc analyses based on the Customer Data Platform.
  • Coordinate closely with the Data Engineering team to design required analysis datasets.

Process Automation

  • Transform manual queries and data preparation tasks into automated pipelines, notebooks, and workflows.
  • Enable business departments to conduct self-service analyses.

AI Integration & Enablement

  • Evaluate, test, and implement innovative self-service and AI tools.
  • Mentor business departments in the daily use of these tools.

Experimentation & Optimization

  • Support campaigns from hypothesis formulation through statistical evaluation, including A/B testing.
  • Derive actionable recommendations to increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration with an analytics focus, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in data analytics, preferably in CRM, loyalty, or marketing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Python (or R), combined with experience working with analytical datasets.
  • Experience with BI and data platforms such as Databricks and Looker.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics concepts, including customer lifecycle, segmentation, churn prediction, or next-best-action.
  • Experience building scalable, production-ready data solutions and working with Data Engineering teams.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Polish.
  • Openness to hybrid work and visits to the Katowice office.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-driven analytics or marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and campaign management systems.
  • Experience in large-scale e-commerce or omnichannel environments.
