MS Dynamics Data Analyst - Poland

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Techno-Functional Data Analyst to design, develop, and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that address business needs. The role requires advanced Dynamics 365 expertise, strong analytical abilities, and effective cross-functional collaboration to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in every aspect of solution implementation, from analyzing customer business requirements to configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop a comprehensive set of requirements aligned with business objectives; understand current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide in-depth Microsoft Dynamics application knowledge and evaluate customer business processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
• Fully utilize the Microsoft technology and ALM stack, including VSTS and PowerApps.
• Provide ongoing input to the delivery practice through suggestions and implementation of practice improvements.
• Document business requirements describing required solution actions and expected outcomes.
• Configure and customize the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve customer business requirements.
• Conduct acceptance testing and train customer resources to use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application.
• Analyze existing data and support data remediation in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Support the development and delivery of target operating processes for implementation and ongoing maintenance of functionalities.

Essential Experience

• System engineering background and ability to compare solutions against business requirements.
• Provide technical thought leadership when evaluating new technologies, influencing key stakeholders toward adoption.
• Strong consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics applications, focused on business processes and solution implementation.
• At least 8 years of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Customer Service and Sales implementation experience, including a minimum of 3 complete lifecycle implementations.
• Knowledge of case lifecycle management, master data management, and security roles.
• Good understanding of the Microsoft ALM stack and experience using it.
• Ability to use VSTS/TFS as a consulting task-tracking tool.
• Complete understanding of, and adherence to, a process-driven implementation approach.

Preferred Experience
